Shipping and returns
Dispatch times
If you place your order on a working day before 10:00 and it does not include products that need slicing, we ship it the same day. Otherwise, we ship it within 24 working hours. Delivery with DHL takes 24-48 hours.
Delivery areas and costs
We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. For the time being we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.
- Shipping cost: €6.05 (VAT included) per order.
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and transport. Each order is shipped separately and we cannot combine two different orders, so we recommend grouping all your items in a single order.
All goods are insured in transit. If your order arrives in poor condition, please email pedidos@socarrao.es with your order or invoice number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the damage.
Returns
You have 15 days from delivery to return all or part of your order. Returns are free: we will send you a prepaid shipping label or, if you prefer, you can bring it to our shop in Guijuelo (C/ Corral de Concejo nº 2, 37770 Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain; Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00).
All our items are weighed and recorded individually when shipped; we cannot accept returns of products whose weight or shape is below 95% of the recorded figure.
At your choice, we will exchange the product or refund the amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
